Cancellations - Please be considerate of our business opportunities by rescheduling appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service price for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

We are here to accommodate your needs as a team. Please do not feel as if a stylist will be offended if you choose another team member.

Gratuities are not included in the service price. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card. Checks can be written over total bill to include gratuities.

 


To provide a healthy environment we have a no smoking policy.

Please inform our staff if you have any special needs or concerns.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase for exchange or store credit.

No refunds on Gift Certificates.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If your service does not meet your expectations for any reason, return within 14 days. While we cannot give cash refunds, we will perform any service necessary to resolve the problem to your satisfaction at no cost to you. Please not that chemical services will be guaranteed only when products recommended by salon technicians and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair.

European Level System - Stylist level is determined according to education, experience, and demand. All Hair Mosaics stylists exhibit a commitment to ongoing education and personal development in the form of certification workshops, seminars, and hands-on training. You can be confident at any level that your stylist is educated in the latest trends and techniques of hair design.
